One thing that I’ve noticed with a lot of my clients is that they all have a story about a particular food – brownies. It is their go-to and joy food whenever they are physically or emotionally hungry. And Jennie is no exception. 

I’d like to share another story about my client Jennie with you today. She’ll tell us about her experience booking a mini session and how we ended up working together. How I guided her where she wants to be, which is peace with food, and how she wants this to be her last time to lose weight. Working under my guidance is a game changer for her because she now knows how to get rid of everything that is not  working for her.
