When everything seems to be working in your weight loss journey, but then all of a sudden, something happens. What will you do to cope without using food as your companion?
In this episode, I will read a letter from my listener, Carol. She was scared that she couldn’t maintain her weight loss because of the things that happened in her life. Instead of giving up, she found inspiration through this podcast. Through the different episodes, she found the courage to continue with her journey and successfully lose weight.
She also shares in her letter how she became aware of what she’s thinking and how it helps her with everything in her life. Ignoring and eating away your emotions can contribute to slowly gaining weight. It’s possible that you can gain some weight back when things in your life go upside down. But keeping on track depends on how you respond to it.
