In this episode, I am joined by my wonderful client Kim and it took her a long time to recognize how wonderful she is. Join us as she tells us her journey of learning how to be kind to herself. As her coach, I know that her journey was not very easy. There are times that she does not show up to our session. But, she knew that the answer to any of her burdens that are causing her to gain weight is not to diet . It is accepting who she is and recognizing how wonderful she is.
