Two years later, through our sessions, Kerry feels free around food, looks at it as nourishment, and knows when she is hungry and full.  Now, she will share her story and how she was able to overcome her struggles with food and weight. We discuss the benefits of self-improvement work and the impact it can have on one’s life. We also catch up on each other’s lives and discuss how my podcast inspired Kerry.
