Finding happiness within ourselves remains a timeless pursuit.
Today, I’m excited to share three simple ways to ‘gladden your mind’ from Tara Brach and find happiness within yourself. Firstly, practice gratitude by taking a moment each day to reflect on three things you’re grateful for. Secondly, embrace kindness and giving. Reach out to those in need and lend a helping hand. Lastly, my personal favorite, savoring. When you experience a moment of joy or positivity, make an effort to savor it for at least 15 seconds.
