Losing weight is hard, especially when you’ve done it before. But for many, menopause makes it even tougher. 

In this episode, I’m excited to share a coaching session with a workshop participant, who’s got lots of experience with weight loss. She’s had some big wins and faced challenges along the way. She talks about her past success with weight loss and her deep knowledge of different diets, all centered around healthy eating. But she also opens up about her current struggle with losing weight, especially during menopause, and how her mindset is a big part of the challenge.

I stressed the importance of managing thoughts and emotions when losing weight, discussed self-talk and self-sabotage, and being committed to getting professional coaching. I also introduced the concept of “massive action” for staying focused on goals despite negative thoughts.
