Losing weight in menopause doesn’t mean you have to suffer. The journey is personal, and there’s no right or wrong way to do it. Everyone moves at their own pace, and that’s perfectly okay. 

In this episode, we’re talking about the power of thoughts, mindset makeovers, and a couple of inspiring stories from the women in my group program. I share what’s happening in the group program. We’ve covered mental and emotional stuff in the first half—hunger scales, dealing with urges, and understanding how our thoughts shape our reality. Now, we’re gearing up for the second half, “Reset,” where we’ll explore the food and body connection.

We talk about making peace with the scale. One client dropped 18 pounds, but she was shocked because it was easier and less restrictive than expected. Can you believe it? No suffering necessary.
