One of the best things you can gift yourself this holiday season is to make a commitment to investing in yourself, and my client, Nanette, went above and beyond that. In the beginning, she was burdened by the responsibility of making others happy and the fear of not being seen as perfect, and it manifested in her tumultuous relationship with food.
