Revealing the Key to Eating When Hungry and Stopping When Full

I’ve heard so many women say they’ve been struggling to make sense of their hunger lately, especially since entering menopause. That it feels like they are constantly ravenous, but the weight keeps piling on.

In this episode, I want to talk about something that’s been a game-changer for me:  focusing on eating when I’m hungry and stopping when I’m full. It might sound simple, but it’s actually been a challenge to retrain my brain after years of counting calories and restricting portions.

I’m going to share a tool I’ve found super helpful –  my physical hunger scale. It’s all about understanding the difference between emotional hunger and true physical hunger.  I believe this can be a powerful key to finally making peace with food and  achieving lasting weight loss during menopause.
