I also talk about meditation as a mindfulness tool. What it is and what it is not. Meditation is another great tool to help train your mind, as you begin using the tools I’m teaching you.

I go over in this episode how the neutral circumstance of going to buffet can have many different results based on what you decide to think, by being aware and using compassion instead of punishment. Compassion will always produce a much more positive result and punishment will produce a more negative result. We’re all looking for positive results, so compassion is the key.

When you give yourself the gift of compassion you will see how it can profoundly change how you treat yourself.
