In today’s episode, I read a podcast listeners letter. It addresses the problem of her difficulty with being able to be kind to herself when she found herself eating emotionally.

This is a heartfelt letter, and I wanted to share it because I know many of you have the same issue.

Learning self-compassion is utmost when learning self-care and mindfulness.

This was really the problem and this is what I address in this podcast.

When learning new things, you must give yourself the gift of being able to make a mistake and not treat it as if you failed. It’s just part of learning something new.

Treating yourself as your most beloved is key here.
