In this episode I interview one of my very favorite clients on how she has successfully changed her mindset of feeling powerless around food and her body.

She used to believe she was powerless and couldn’t control herself around food, and if she was around it, she would have to eat it. She believed she had to eat everything on her plate.

Not only has she lost weight, but she lost the thoughts that created the weight to begin with. As she said, it’s not about the food!
