Ep 60 How to Stop “Waisting” Food to Lose Weight

In this episode, we discuss that there are only two things you can do with extra food on your plate when you’re not hungry any more. You throw it away in the waste can (waste it) or you eat it anyway and “waist” it. It’s really good to know you can eat anything you want as long as you can enjoy it and stop eating it the minute you are through enjoying it. This is the joy tool I teach as one of my eating tools.

Today I combine my two favorite tools, the waste food worksheet and the throw away joy food work sheet to show you it is just your thinking about the food you’re not eating that causes you to either throw it away or eat it.

It’s so freeing to be able to eat something delicious and eat one bite and throw it away. Or stop eating extra food that’s on your plate simply because you are finished, regardless if there’s food left over or not. The power is within you!
