In this episode, we discuss your reviews on iTunes. What I want to point out to you is we always think it’s about the food we’re eating but we find out, with mindfulness, is it’s about our lives and how we’re thinking and living in our one precious life. Every time we’re eating when we’re not hungry, we find out more about ourselves.
