In this episode, I talk about the difference between concentrated pleasure and natural pleasure. Concentrated pleasures include flour and sugar (non-fuel foods,) alcohol, gambling, etc.
They all end up with negative results, in this instance, being overweight.
Natural pleasures are the beauty that life offers you, that only have positive results. What is your brain trained to look for? The natural pleasures or the concentrated pleasures?
Natural pleasures include cleanliness (showers and baths,) fuel eating, exercise, rest, etc.
At first, it’s not easy to train your brain away from food, if that’s all it’s known. But the more you practice the more natural pleasure, and reap the benefits, the more naturally your brain will just take you there.
What a pleasure that is!!
