What do you like to do on your birthday? How do you regard food? In this episode I dive into this subject with my own birthday and my clients. We live in a culture where we celebrate with overeating copious amounts of food and call this normal.

This is not normal. Many of my clients want to be normal like this, so we must change our perception of what we consider normal around food and celebrations. Our birthdays in particular are to honor ourselves with the highest regard. When we overeat and or over drink, this couldn’t be farther from what true honor of our body even is.
