It’s not something we think about often, because our brains just run around with the same “failing thoughts.”

Failure is necessary to your own success.

It also necessary to stop doing the things that don’t work,

So you can learn new things that do work.

That’s called success.

What if you decided this time you would do whatever it takes, for as long as it takes until you have your result?

What do you think would be your result if you had that thought?

That is called massive action.

If you decide you will not stop no matter what, then you will learn from what doesn’t work (failures) and figure out what does work for you.

Permanent weight loss doesn’t come from what you DO, but what you THINK!
