Why is it when you’re doing well you turn against and start sabotaging yourself?

Many of my clients wonder the same thing.

This is what I have figured out:

Maybe in your mini-brain it’s screaming, Help me! I’m suffering, this is too hard!

If it were doing this, then it would only make sense to do something different and much more pleasant.

Even if that something different is far from helpful.

Learn to talk to yourself in a way that makes you believe when you’re taking care of yourself and losing weight that it’s the best thing you have ever done.

If you believe this, then your brain will stop resisting you (sabotaging.)

Why? Because it loves pleasure!

Manage your mind, create real lasting pleasure.
