We’ve all had insecurities we used to struggle with, and most likely still do. For me, my biggest insecurity since I was a teenager was my weight. When we get into our heads a little bit too much and think about what people think of us, we forget how much we struggled and it’s high time we allow ourselves to acknowledge that yes, we did struggle and put in a lot of work to become stronger than we were before.
On a similar topic, I want to talk about urges and how we struggle with them as well. Just like insecurities, we don’t want to become powerless to our urges. So what do we do when our body and mind feel powerless? We train. It’s may not an instantaneous process, but let me tell you, there is no greater feeling than slowly overcoming these feelings and coming out on top.
Take a seat and listen in as I elaborate on how you can train your mind and make it stronger against urges like food!
