The number on the scale stayed the same, and her brain told her, “It’s okay.” But that thought made her feel complacent, and she stopped using the tools that were helping her. I share how we unpacked that and explored what she really wants, and how to notice when your mind tries to comfort you with thoughts that actually hold you back.
