When people approach me for weight loss coaching they tell me their reason for losing weight is to be more healthy. It’s good to look after your physical health especially as we’re getting older. But I want to make it clear that what the Thinner Peace process offers first and foremost is emotional health.

I’m going to take the time to elaborate more on my process and why I believe getting that emotional balance first leads to overall better long-term health and clear up some misconceptions about physical wellbeing always leading to emotional wellbeing. I also invite you to contemplate what is more compelling and what you truly want for yourself.
