Throughout my journey, I discovered a game-changer about 20 years ago that transformed my relationship with food. I used to be a lifelong dieter, and the shift happened when I learned to eat according to my body’s hunger cues. If you’ve been on and off diets, struggling with weight, especially during menopause, I get it. The key is understanding when you’re hungry and when you’re full.

I want to keep things simple for you. Don’t put any food in your mouth until you feel hungry. I’ll explain what hunger and fullness mean, and by the end of this, you’ll have a game plan for a whole new approach to eating.
