Yes, that’s right. I hate to write. That’s what I’ve been telling myself for a gazillion years! And, I think I’m a terrible writer. That’s why you haven’t heard from me. But here’s the deal, this is what I believed for a gazillion years, so of course, why would I ever write anything???
I have a lot to say and if I don’t see you in person, I don’t get to share my thoughts with you — and I must say, I have some amazing thoughts about life to share.
So, as you know, since I slept with a girl, my brain has opened up to all the things I THINK I don’t, won’t, and can’t do, starting with writing my first blog about sleeping with a girl, and I liked it.
Now, that I’ve written my first blog post, I liked it too! Who Knew???
I’m going to continue writing about the mind, my mind, and yours, and how it affects EVERYTHING in our lives. My focus will be on health and weight and menopause, but not like what’s the best foods or supplements to take, but more like how to be skillful about managing your mind so that you can have a healthy body based on what you’ve been thinking. I think a strong, thin, healthy body always follows a well-managed mind that thinks on purpose.
So, I’ll leave you with a few thoughts to “try on” and see how they fit. By fit, I mean see how they feel. Do they make you feel good? If they make you feel good that means that you believe them. If you believe them, then they will lead to actions that will help you have your desired result – a healthy, fit body.
Try these thoughts on for size:
“I am free around all types of food. I can have a house full of food and be in complete joyful freedom around it.”
“I eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full.”
“From now on, having excellent health is my most important priority.”
“Releasing fat is effortless if I don’t let my negative thinking in.”
Hey, did any of them fit? If they did, go ahead and keep them – they’re free!
