The Food You Eat Affects How Your Mind Thinks

As I’ve been writing and creating here in Belize, I wanted to create a group class that would really propel you forward in your mindfulness connection with your body.

Well, I’ve come up with something I think is going to propel you forward. The private clients I have taught this to, not only lost weight, but really learned the key to their own health and happiness.

Here’s the deal: overeating is ALSO influenced by the food you eat. Foods that are inflammatory in nature tend to inflame your brain also. This means your brain makes you think you’re hungry when you’re not. In my first phase of my program we discuss in detail how your mind affects your body. In the second phase of my program (the new program I’m offering you now,) we bring in the addictive nature of inflammatory food and how they affect YOUR mind.

We use your body as a science experiment as we test it, taking these inflammatory foods out of your body for a while and explore how it affects your weight and your health.
