Menopause is a natural biological process that every woman goes through. It can also be a time of great change and uncertainty. That is why I believe taking a pause during menopause can be vital for managing its physical and emotional effects.
In this episode, I will share my insights on the topic, drawing from the teachings of renowned Buddhist teacher Pema Chodron. I also shared insights from Heather Bartos, who believes that menopause can be a time of freedom and liberation, rather than a cause for concern. By changing our perspective and viewing menopause as an opportunity for growth and transformation, we can embrace this stage of life with positivity and enthusiasm.
