You Can’t Eat Sad!

I hate to keep whining about my weight, but I know how you feel.

I also think its a wonderful learning opportunity for the both of us.

I don’t like the feeling of the extra weight on my body.

My clothes are tight.

I also don’t like the sad and anxious feelings that come and go.

Sad feelings from missing my dog.

Anxious feelings from trying to push away the sad feelings.

I feel them in my stomach.

The same exact place I feel physical hunger.

This is why I’m overeating and it’s also why you do too.

So, I’m paying very close attention to the difference between physical sensations in the body caused from true hunger and sensations in the body caused by emotions.

Emotions are vibrations one feels in the body. They travel from the mind to body. They are controlled through the mind through our thoughts.

Food doesn’t help this cycle.

BUT… food does dull the vibration! Hmmmmmmmmmmmm!

So, overeating is a way of never feeling. Let me repeat that… overeating is a way of never feeling!

Now physical sensations travel from the body to the mind, they are involuntary ie. Tired, pain, hunger. In this case we’re talking hunger, specifically.

Food is the ONLY thing that will help this cycle.

This requires our utmost attention… are you willing to give that to yourself?

I am…

I’m going back to the basics to help myself, and I’d like to share with you (complimentary) the first session of my Free At Last Program.
