Losing Weight Can Be So Easy!

Why is it that once we get going… get a routine, get in the swing of things… losing weight goes from so hard to so easy?

Drumroll please… this could could make me a million dollars, but I’m telling you for free right now. Right here…

Once our mind accepts that this is possible, it then becomes possible.

Once our mind tells us this is easy… it is easy.

Our mind is always guiding us… so its very important that we know exactly what it’s thinking…

This is called mindfulness.

When we tell ourselves this is soooooo hard (whining and moaning) our mind then looks for evidence to prove this thought true.

So, if your mind is looking for evidence why this is so hard, YOU will be looking for it, AND you will find it… TRUST ME!

Have you ever heard the saying what you focus on expands?

One of the most popular thoughts that will work AGAINST you ever getting down to your natural weight…

“I won’t have fun any more.”

Many of my clients, myself included, have put overeating or eating a lot of joy foods as a fun activity.

Who in the world would want to give up their fun ?

But, if you question that thought, really look at it… and ask yourself… is that really true?

What you may actually notice is that it’s really no fun to stuff yourself.

It’s no fun to overeat joy foods and not even taste them.

Why?

Because when you’re through… it NEVER feels good in your body and you NEVER feel good about yourself!

So, what’s fun about that?

On the other hand…

Eating healthy beautiful foods to satiety looks good and feels good and you feel good about yourself.

It seems when you question that thought…

It’s much more fun to take care of yourself and find new foods and cook new foods and love all over yourself.

So, when you decide that you really want to be fit and healthy…

Have a good look into your mind to see what harmful thoughts may be lurking.

Imagine a child running around with a knife… that’s what a harmful thought is like in your mind.

A child needs discipline and as an adult you must take the knife away.

When a harmful thought is lurking… you must discipline it as if it were a child running around with a knife.
