Here’s what I want you to understand: willpower is not the answer. It never was. What I teach instead is something you can actually build an urge muscle. And just like the gym, you do not start by lifting the heaviest weight in the room.
We are going to talk about why urges are emotions, how to measure them, and how to start allowing them without eating, beginning with the ones that aren’t so hard. Because here’s what I know after coaching women for years: you are already doing this. You just don’t know it yet.
